- Develop the annual building and facility maintenance plan, including proposals for major repair and refurbishment works.
- Supervise and coordinate planned and ad‑hoc building, facility, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Maintain and continuously update building, facility, utility, and energy-related documentation, drawings, records, and KPI data.
- Technically prepare and coordinate infrastructure and facility investment projects, from concept through implementation.
- Ensure local implementation, application, and compliance with corporate FM, energy, safety, and technical standards, as well as relevant legal requirements.
- Manage, structure, and update FM department documentation, ensuring transparency, traceability, and audit readiness.
- Ensure the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Energy Management System in accordance with ISO 50001 and corporate energy management rules.
- Monitor and support implementation of energy efficiency measures related to facilities and utilities in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
- University or college degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical, architectural or civil engineering, engineering management, or a related field
- Several years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, infrastructure, or energy management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems is a strong advantage.
- Experience in technical project preparation and coordination is an advantage.
- Familiarity with corporate standards, compliance requirements, and documentation management systems.
- Experience collaborating with international teams and understanding foreign cultures
- English skills in written and spoken
