We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our R&D group, and be responsible for planning, coordinating and leading activities across the full delivery lifecycle, to ensure successful deliveries.
To join us, you need to demonstrate the ability for hands-on leadership and ensure you can offer guidance and support, as well as assist developers at the code level.

- Make key technical and strategic decisions to align engineering efforts with business impact.

- Experience: At least 3–4 years of technical leadership experience, paired with 10–12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, and influence highly skilled developers.
- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in Java, Spring, Maven, and related frameworks.
- Go Experience: Hands-on experience with Go (Golang) is a strong advantage.
- AI-Assisted Development: Experience incorporating agentic AI tools across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Systems Architecture: A strong background in the architecture and implementation of scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
