Customer Service Specialist, Customer Service and Support

General customer service activities. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, etc. Provide service in an efficient, courteous, professional manner.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Handles customer contact related to some or all of service initiation and termination, status of orders/processing, billing, customer account management, and product and service information request.
  • Resolves customer service-related issues and complaints.
  • Interfaces between customers and other functions within the organization to provide service to, and resolve issues for, new and existing customers.
  • Maintains call tracking and customer account records and supporting documentation.
  • May prepare and submit work orders to meet customer needs according to applicable policies and procedures.
  • May schedule and dispatch personnel for installation and service, and follow up to ensure work requests are completed and customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

About You 

You’re a fit for the role of Customer Service Specialist if your background includes:

  • The candidate is a bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Minimum of 2 years solid relevant work experience (BPO)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service in a contact center background
  • Willing to work night shift.
