Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in Wangen suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Technischer Sachbearbeiter in der Disposition (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Als technischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) pflegen Sie technische Stammdaten in SAP und übernehmen Aufgaben der Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Sie planen und koordinieren Montage-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsaufträge sowie weitere technische Einsätze
- Darüber hinaus beraten Sie interne und externe Stakeholder in technischen Fragestellungen
- Sie unterstützen Monteure bei der Anwendung von IT-Tools, Prozessen und Montageabläufen und stehen als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Kunden und externen Dienstleistern sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Aufträge
Qualifikation
- Grundlage bildet eine technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Elektroniker (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder Technischer Systemplaner (m/w/d), alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Schwerpunkt
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung als Technischer Disponent (m/w/d), Technischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d), Einsatzplaner (m/w/d), Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d) oder Servicekoordinator (m/w/d) mit
- Erfahrungen in der Einsatzplanung, Disposition oder Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie im Energie-, Elektro-, Gas- oder SHK-Umfeld sind von Vorteil
- Sie verfügen über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP
- Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke zbd technisches Verständnis runden Ihr Profil ab
