Architectural Designer

Join Ritex Real Estate's design and engineering team in Noida, India. The position is office‑based with a U.S. shift (8:00 PM – 5:30 AM IST), Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturday off). Immediate joining required.

Responsibilities

• Generate structural drawings for reinforced concrete, steel, masonry and wood buildings.
• Perform routine to moderately complex drafting and detailing to produce accurate fabrication and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers within the office and with the main office in Houston.
• Prepare technical drawings and construction documents.
• Support design proposal evaluation, material selection, layout optimization and cost efficiency.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with internal teams.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with building codes, local regulations and safety standards.
• Contribute to value‑engineering exercises to optimize project costs.
• Maintain documentation and version control of design files and project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Diploma in Architecture.
• 2–8 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proficiency in design software tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively on Microsoft Teams or other meeting platforms.
• Deadline‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
