Associate Faculty - SSC (English, Reasoning & Mathematics)

We are looking for aggressive, growth-oriented faculties with excellent teaching skills, a strong YouTube presence, and the ability to influence students and drive paid course sales.

Key Hiring Criteria:

Candidates should meet at least one or more of the following criteria:

Requirements:

• YouTube Performance: At least 2–3 videos with 1 million+ views each in their previous organization.

• Social Media Presence: A minimum of 50K followers on their social media handles.

Additional Good to have:

• SSC Qualification: Must have qualified an SSC examination.

• Student Results: A proven track record of producing at least 4–5 students who have secured a rank within AIR 100.

Faculty Expectations:

• Excellent teaching skills in both YouTube sessions and paid classes.

• Strong student engagement and influencing capabilities.

• An aggressive growth mindset with the ability to build a strong personal brand and contribute to YouTube growth and paid course revenue.
