BFSI Recruiter

About the role
The BFSI Recruiter will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for banking, financial services, and insurance positions. This on‑site role focuses on sourcing high‑quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche BFSI talent pools.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match skill sets and cultural fit for BFSI roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers, senior leadership, and candidates.
• Manage offer negotiations, extend offers, and ensure timely acceptance.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, including documentation, background checks, and compliance training.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the CRM and generate regular recruitment metrics reports.
• Stay current on BFSI regulatory requirements and ensure hiring practices remain compliant.

Required qualifications

• 1–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the BFSI sector.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong interview coordination and candidate management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and close talent.
• Working knowledge of compliance standards relevant to banking, financial services, or insurance hiring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific certifications such as CFA, FRM, or insurance licensing.
• Track record of hiring for specialized roles such as risk analysts, compliance officers, or investment bankers.
• Exposure to remote hiring strategies for hybrid BFSI teams.
