We are seeking a Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. You will design, develop, and implement advanced business intelligence solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement advanced business intelligence solutions.
  • Advise on best BI practices and monitor the impact of AI advancements.
  • Translate business needs into scalable data products with measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and craft effective BI solutions.
  • Identify data quality issues and provide feedback to data owners.

Required qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience as a BI Expert or BI Architect.
  • Thorough knowledge of SQL and reporting techniques.
  • Hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into data requirements.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Dutch (NL).
  • Experience coaching or mentoring team members.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and initiative.
