Computer & Information Systems Manager

We are seeking a Computer & Information Systems Manager to join our team. This remote contractor role focuses on leading technology initiatives, managing vendors and SLAs, and driving project delivery. You’ll work on next-generation AI system support while owning end-to-end project ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for focused technology initiatives.

• Define timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements for multi-quarter projects.

• Coordinate external technology vendors and monitor SLA compliance.

• Lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate timely decision-making.

• Prepare concise, actionable reports and communicate status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience leading multi-quarter technology initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability in technology project planning and execution.

• Strong team management and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Proven experience managing external technology vendors and negotiating SLAs.

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
