Job Title: D365 Technical F&O Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Developer responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting D365 F&O solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in X++, D365 F&O development, integrations, customizations, SSRS reports, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++.

• Design and implement technical solutions based on functional requirements.

• Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, forms, tables, classes, workflows, and business logic.

• Develop and customize SSRS reports and electronic reporting solutions.

• Work on D365 F&O integrations with third-party and Microsoft systems.

• Develop and consume REST APIs, OData services, and web services.

• Work with Data Entities, Data Management Framework (DMF) and data migration activities.

• Perform debugging, code analysis, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

• Participate in D365 F&O implementation, upgrade, and support projects.

• Follow Microsoft best practices for extensions and upgrade-safe customizations.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical teams.

• Prepare technical specifications and documentation.

• Support deployment and release activities through Azure DevOps.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Hands-on experience with X++.

• Experience with D365 F&O technical development and customization.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Tables & Extensions

  • Forms & Extensions

  • Classes

  • Data Entities

  • Workflows

  • Batch Jobs

  • SSRS Reports

  • Security & Roles

  • DMF / Data Migration

• Experience with OData / REST APIs / integrations.

• Good knowledge of SQL Server.

• Experience with Visual Studio.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps / source control.

• Understanding of D365 F&O architecture and development best practices.

Good to Have

• Experience with Power Platform / Power Automate.

• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud integrations.

• Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services).

• Knowledge of Electronic Reporting (ER).

• Experience in D365 F&O upgrade/migration projects.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

The candidate should have strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable D365 F&O technical solutions.
