We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Education Counsellor / Admission Counsellor to join our team in Mohali.

Position: Education Counsellor
Location: Phase 5, Mohali, Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Experience: 0–1 Years
Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding training programs, internships, and certification courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in students.
• Explain course details, fees, duration, career opportunities, and internship programs.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain daily follow-ups and lead/CRM records.
• Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team.
• Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident and positive personality.
• Strong counselling and convincing ability.
• Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in education counselling, telecalling, sales, or admission counselling will be an advantage.
