About the Role

We are seeking finance professionals with strong financial analysis, valuation, and presentation design expertise to improve the quality and effectiveness of financial presentations and investor materials.

You will reconstruct PowerPoint slides, refine financial content, and translate quantitative analysis into clear, visually compelling materials for investors and other business stakeholders. The role combines financial expertise with data visualization, editorial judgment, and professional presentation standards.

Your work will also contribute real-world financial examples and feedback to the training and evaluation of AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconstruct and enhance Microsoft PowerPoint slides to communicate complex financial data, analysis, and insights effectively.

  • Design professional presentations that combine accurate financial information with clear data visualization and compelling visual storytelling.

  • Review and refine financial content for accuracy, readability, consistency, and alignment with financial communication standards.

  • Translate quantitative analysis, financial models, and valuation results into clear, investor-ready presentations.

  • Review investor materials, pitch decks, and financial reports for data integrity, narrative coherence, and persuasive messaging.

  • Identify weaknesses in slide structure, analytical presentation, or visual communication and recommend targeted improvements.

  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback on presentation drafts, balancing financial accuracy with clarity and audience relevance.

  • Collaborate asynchronously to deliver high-quality presentation improvements and feedback in line with project requirements and milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide reconstruction, presentation design, formatting, and content refinement.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate quantitative findings through effective charts, tables, and other data visualizations.

  • Strong written communication and editorial skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to assess financial accuracy, narrative flow, and the clarity of analytical conclusions.

  • Ability to work independently, provide nuanced feedback, and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in finance, investment banking, management consulting, or a related professional field.

  • Direct experience preparing investor materials, pitch decks, or board-level financial reports.

  • A portfolio demonstrating custom-designed or reconstructed financial presentations.

  • Experience translating complex financial analysis and valuation outputs into clear materials for investors and senior stakeholders.

Work Arrangement
