URGENT HIRING Team Lead French – THE LANGUAGE SKOOL*

📌 Position: Team Leader (French)

🏠 Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

⏳ Experience: 4+ years

📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Assist the HOD in managing the department and trainers

* Coordinate trainer schedules and batches

* Monitor trainer performance and class quality

* Conduct trainer interviews and demo classes

* Handle trainer/student concerns and feedback

* Support curriculum and training activities

* Prepare reports and MIS

* Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Management

* Ensure smooth functioning of online classes and batches

🔹 Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of teaching experience in the French language

- Must have proven experience in academic administration/department management

- Must have DELF B1/B2 Certification or DALF C1

- Bachelor's degree in French or related field preferred

- 4+ years of relevant experience

-Strong communication and leadership skills

-Team/trainer management experience

-Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills

-Language Training or EdTech experience preferred
