Minimum profile

Mandatory education: Bachelor's EQF 6 in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

Minimum IT experience: Master's: 10 years | Bachelor's: 12 years | Secondary education: Not eligible years

Mandatory language(s): English B2

Mandatory technical experience

·       All levels: 3 years in version control/CI; 5 years each in JavaScript/HTML/CSS, modern front-end frameworks, relational databases, and designing/building/securing RESTful APIs/web services. The profile lists Java JDK 11+/JEE 7+ with WebLogic 14+/TomEE/IBM WebSphere and full-stack feature delivery across UI/API/business logic/databases, but does not specify an Advanced-level duration for this competency set.

Mandatory skills and delivery experience

·       5 years each: checking code correctness, error handling and documentation; complex full-stack diagnosis, root-cause analysis and solution design.

Additional / advantageous criteria

Optional education: Master's EQF 7 in Computer Science, Sciences, Engineering or equivalent

Relevant sector experience: 3 years in international/intergovernmental organisations or central national administrations; 1 year in pharma, health or agrifood.

Additional technical experience: 3 years each: testing tools such as SoapUI/Grafana/Postman; Elasticsearch; Java/Node/PHP back-end stacks such as Spring Boot/Hibernate/REST; client-side monitoring such as Dynatrace/Splunk; OAuth/OIDC-type security; IaC such as Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep. 2 years: containers/orchestration such as Docker/Kubernetes. 5 years each: IBM Case Manager/IBM BAW or equivalent; case-management systems.

Additional skills / experience: 5 years producing structured technical documentation, reports, specifications and presentations.

Optional certifications: One certification in Java SE, Java EE, Oracle, IBM or cloud computing; equivalents accepted.
