About the Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced healthcare administration professionals to help model realistic healthcare workplace scenarios for AI environments.

This opportunity is designed for professionals who understand how healthcare organizations operate and can clearly explain the decisions, variables, constraints, workflows, and outcomes involved in real administrative situations.

You’ll use a scenario-building platform to translate your professional knowledge into realistic healthcare scenarios while explaining the reasoning behind your decisions. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand and navigate complex healthcare administration work.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with a reinforcement learning platform designed to model healthcare-related work

• Build realistic scenarios based on your experience in healthcare administration

• Identify the variables, constraints, decisions, and potential outcomes within each scenario

• Explain the reasoning and principles behind healthcare administrative decisions

• Evaluate whether modeled scenarios accurately reflect real-world healthcare workflows

• Provide feedback on the accuracy, usability, and effectiveness of the scenario-building tools

Requirements

• Current or recent professional experience in healthcare administration

• Strong understanding of how decisions are made within healthcare organizations

• Comfortable learning and using new technical platforms and modeling tools

• Able to translate real-world professional experience into structured scenarios

• Strong verbal communication and analytical reasoning skills

Prior experience with AI, reinforcement learning, or scenario-modeling platforms is helpful but not required.

Engagement Details

• Fully remote

• Independent contractor engagement

• Approximately 10 hours per week

• Work can be completed on your own schedule

• Engagements may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance

• Participation must not involve confidential or proprietary information belonging to an employer, client, or institution

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported for this opportunity
