About the Role

We are seeking experienced LibreCAD specialists to support an AI training project. In this role, you will use LibreCAD to complete real-world 2D CAD design tasks and explain your workflows step by step.

Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand CAD drafting and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D CAD drawings using LibreCAD.

• Work with technical drawings, dimensions, layers, and annotations.

• Develop floor plans, mechanical drawings, and engineering diagrams.

• Troubleshoot drawing issues and improve design accuracy.

• Complete advanced LibreCAD tasks and explain your workflows step by step.

• Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for CAD design workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional hands-on experience using LibreCAD.

• Experience with 2D CAD drafting and technical drawings.

• Good understanding of layers, dimensions, blocks, and drawing standards.

• Ability to create accurate and detailed CAD drawings.

• Access to LibreCAD and the ability to record your screen while completing tasks.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Ability to explain technical workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• A relevant master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Previous human data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.

• Experience with AutoCAD or other 2D CAD software.

• Professional experience in engineering, architecture, or technical drafting.
