Manager – IT Infrastructure & Operations

1. Good experience in Linux & Windows based systems including performance tuning, networking, debugging and security for mission-critical applications

2. Hands-on experience in design and maintenance of Windows Server infrastructure, including AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies

3. Hands-on experience with virtualization tools such as KVM, GCP, VMWare with a deep understanding of hypervisor-based virtualization, containerization, and cloud environments. 4. Lead and resolve complex system issues, including server crashes, performance bottlenecks, and network problems following Incident process within agreed SLAs

5. Good experience in handling Data center H/w (Racks, Servers), Provisioning of servers

6. Experience in - OS & 3rd party s/w upgrades & patches, Inventory management, Repository, User access Management, Capacity planning

7. Successfully led and delivered more than 5 Infrastructure projects

8. Hands-on experience in assessing and closing security vulnerabilities (OS & 3rd party) working closely with Security team

9. Knowledge of backup and recovery technologies, SAN Storage

10. Good Understanding of Middleware and SSL technologies - Tomcat, Weblogic, JBoss, Wildfly, NGINX, Load Balancer, IIS

11. Understanding of network routing and switching, subnetting, VLANs, VPC, F/W policies. 12. Document infrastructure architecture, processes, configurations, and best practices.

13. Exposure in Automation, Scripting, Terraform, Ansible 14.

12+ years of experience in infrastructure with at least 3 years as Manager (at least 15 team members)
