About the Role

We are seeking Medical Doctors and Physician Experts with current or recent US clinical experience to contribute medical expertise to an advanced healthcare AI project.

In this role, you’ll apply your clinical knowledge to analyze patient cases, healthcare data, clinical workflows, and AI-generated medical content. Your expertise will help evaluate how AI systems reason about medicine, identify areas for improvement, and support the development of systems designed to assist medical decision-making and healthcare workflows.

Prior AI experience is not required. Your clinical expertise and ability to apply sound medical reasoning are the primary qualifications.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and annotate clinical scenarios, patient cases, and healthcare data to support AI model development and evaluation.

• Review AI-generated medical content for clinical accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

• Apply expertise in diagnostic analysis, medicine, physiology, and healthcare protocols across diverse clinical datasets.

• Translate complex clinical terminology, reasoning, and healthcare workflows into clear guidance for AI training and evaluation.

• Assess AI system outputs and identify inaccuracies, gaps, or opportunities for improvement based on real-world clinical experience.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other project stakeholders to refine objectives and deliverables.

• Maintain high standards of data security, privacy, accuracy, and ethical compliance throughout project work.

Required Qualifications

• Current or recent experience practicing medicine in the United States.

• Completion of a medical residency; physicians in their final year of residency may be considered.

• Strong expertise in diagnostic analysis, general medicine, clinical protocols, and physiology.

• Strong command of clinical terminology and the ability to communicate complex medical concepts clearly.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience interpreting or working with electronic health records, patient data, or medical documentation.

• Commitment to clinical accuracy, compliance, privacy, and ethical standards.

Preferred Clinical Backgrounds

Physicians from general medical specialties are particularly relevant, including:

• Internal Medicine

• Family Medicine / Family Practice

• Emergency Medicine

Select medical subspecialties are also welcome where the physician's expertise aligns with the project requirements.
