Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

• Monitor daily campaign metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR) and optimize ad budgets for maximum efficiency.

• Execute continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, messaging, and audience targeting.

• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution setup (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4).

• Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and strategies for scaling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist.

• Strong track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with proven ROAS/CPL results.

• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, and tracking infrastructure.

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

• Fluent written English skills for effective remote collaboration.
