URGENT VACANCY – PRODUCTION MANAGER

🏭 Industry: Liquor / Alcoholic Beverage Manufacturing

📍 Location: Cuttack, Odisha

💼 Experience: 10+ Years

🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma

💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000/month

🔹 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

Only candidates having relevant experience in the Liquor Industry will be considered/preferred.

🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage complete production operations of the liquor manufacturing plant.

* Plan and execute daily/monthly production as per targets.

* Handle blending, fermentation/distillation, bottling and packaging operations as applicable to the plant.

* Ensure proper production planning, batch processing and material utilization.

* Monitor production quality, yield, wastage and efficiency.

* Manage and supervise production staff, operators and workers.

* Ensure proper functioning and coordination of bottling and packaging lines.

* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Excise and Dispatch departments.

* Ensure compliance with excise regulations, safety procedures and company SOPs.

* Maintain production records, batch records, reports and documentation.

* Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.

* Control raw material, packaging material and production losses.

* Drive productivity, cost reduction and continuous process improvement.

* Ensure safe, hygienic and disciplined plant operations.
