Sales Head

Role: Sales Head - Hospitality Sales
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Prabhadevi - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

A. Hospitality & Large Project Business Development

1.Build and develop the Hospitality & Large Projects business vertical.
2.Identify and generate new business opportunities across hotels, hospitals, co-working spaces, malls, villas, resorts and commercial developments.
3.Acquire high-value new clients and build relationships with hotel groups and corporate decision-makers.

B. Revenue Generation & Project Conversion

1.Drive sales and revenue targets for the Hospitality & Large Projects vertical.
2.Convert qualified opportunities into profitable interior, fit-out and turnkey projects.
3.Lead proposals, negotiations and commercial discussions through to closure.

C. Sales Team Building & Leadership

1.Initially operate as a hands-on individual contributor and build the business vertical from the ground up.
2.Develop and manage a team of approximately 2-3 Sales Managers / Business Development Executives as the business grows.
3.Set team-wise sales and pipeline targets.
4.Establish structured sales processes, CRM discipline and reporting mechanisms.
