SAP Project Manager

About the role — We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of SAP S/4HANA across our enterprise. The successful candidate will drive project delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives while operating onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control SAP S/4HANA projects from charter to go‑live, adhering to scope, schedule, and budget.

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams using Agile methodologies and traditional SAP project management practices.

• Facilitate stakeholder communication, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; maintain comprehensive risk registers.

• Lead change management activities, including training, communication, and user adoption strategies.

• Design and optimize business processes to leverage S/4HANA capabilities.

• Monitor financial performance, track expenditures, and report budget variances to senior leadership.

Required qualifications

• 5–20 years of experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects in a managerial capacity.

• Proven expertise in SAP Project Management, Agile frameworks, and stakeholder management.

• Strong background in change management, risk management, and budget control.

• Demonstrated ability to design and reengineer business processes within SAP environments.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in SAP Activate, PMP, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe).

• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform or SAP Integration Suite.

• Knowledge of industry‑specific SAP solutions (e.g., SAP for Manufacturing, Retail, or Finance).

• Fluency in a second language to support global stakeholder groups.
