About the Role

Help improve next-generation AI systems through expert-level video annotation, visual data analysis, and precise event labeling.

As a Senior AI Trainer, you’ll review footage of robotic arms performing assigned tasks, identify key actions and outcomes, and create highly accurate annotations that help AI systems learn from real-world visual data. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, precise timestamping, and the ability to maintain consistent annotation standards across large volumes of video data.

Key Responsibilities

Video Review & Annotation

• Review video footage of robotic arms executing assigned tasks.

• Identify and label key actions, transitions, and outcomes with precision.

• Apply detailed grading guidelines consistently when tagging visual data.

• Create structured observations that contribute to improved model performance.

Timestamping & Event Segmentation

• Mark precise start and end timestamps for key actions and events.

• Perform frame-accurate segmentation of video sessions.

• Verify timestamp accuracy and alignment with the underlying footage.

• Identify and correct annotation drift, inconsistencies, or incorrectly labeled events.

• Review footage frame by frame when necessary to establish accurate event boundaries.

Annotation Tools & Data Quality

• Use video annotation platforms and timeline-based interfaces to record findings.

• Submit accurately annotated datasets according to project standards and milestones.

• Participate in ongoing quality reviews.

• Incorporate feedback to maintain rigorous annotation and data-quality standards.

Collaboration & Problem Solving

• Collaborate with project trainers and other contributors to resolve ambiguous cases.

• Help refine annotation guidelines and improve consistency across the team.

• Communicate progress, challenges, and observations clearly.

• Proactively identify and resolve annotation challenges.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in video annotation, data labeling, or similar annotation projects.

• Familiarity with video annotation tools and software platforms.

• Experience with timeline-based annotation interfaces.

• Experience with frame-level or timecode-based annotation.

• Understanding of event boundaries, frame rates, timestamping, or frame-by-frame video review.

• Background in AI training, machine learning data preparation, or robotics projects.
