Compensation

Annualized Full-Time Equivalent: $96,000–$192,000 per year

Hourly Rate: $50–$100 per hour

The annualized figure is based on 40 hours per week and 48 working weeks per year and is provided for comparison only. Actual earnings will depend on the part-time workload, tasks completed, and project requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Mobile Developers to contribute to the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

You will use your mobile engineering expertise to create challenging reinforcement learning environments that evaluate an AI model's ability to solve complex mobile software engineering problems, including debugging, feature development, code refactoring, and performance optimization.

Each task will require a reproducible development environment, deterministic evaluation criteria, and a reference implementation demonstrating a correct solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic and challenging mobile software engineering tasks for advanced AI models.

• Design problems involving complex debugging, non-trivial feature implementation, application state and lifecycle management, and performance optimization.

• Develop tasks based on your area of mobile engineering expertise.

• Build reproducible environments for each coding task.

• Define clear problem statements and technical requirements.

• Develop deterministic verifiers that accept valid solutions across different reasonable implementations.

• Ensure verifiers reject incorrect, incomplete, or hard-coded solutions.

• Develop a golden reference solution for each task.

• Create tasks using appropriate mobile repositories and real-world development scenarios.

Compensation Structure

Compensation is output-based. Experts are paid per completed task that meets the applicable project specifications and quality requirements.

The time required to complete individual tasks may vary depending on experience, technical approach, and workflow. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply and are communicated during onboarding.

Selected candidates should be prepared to begin promptly.

Candidates are generally expected to start their first tasks within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.
