The annualized figure is based on 40 hours per week and 48 working weeks per year. Actual earnings will depend on project workload, assignments, and hours worked.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced senior photographers to apply their professional photography expertise to the training and improvement of AI systems. You will analyze visual content, produce accurate image descriptions and metadata, and provide contextual information that helps AI models better understand and interpret images.

This role is suited to photographers with at least five years of professional experience, strong visual judgment, and a portfolio demonstrating consistent, high-quality work. You will combine your photography knowledge with structured data review and annotation to deliver accurate, well-organized project outputs.

Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze photographs and identify subjects, visual elements, composition, settings, and relevant contextual details.

• Produce precise image descriptions, labels, captions, and metadata to support AI training.

• Apply advanced photography knowledge to explain visual characteristics and distinguish important details within images.

• Evaluate visual content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission.

• Review and refine image annotations to ensure they align with project guidelines.

• Organize photography data and prepare high-quality deliverables in the required formats.

• Coordinate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and align submissions with AI training objectives.

• Incorporate feedback and adjust descriptions, labels, and metadata to meet quality standards.

• Manage assigned tasks, track deliverables, and meet project deadlines.

• Communicate findings, questions, and progress clearly with project stakeholders.

• Maintain consistent quality across image analysis, annotation, documentation, and data submission.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of professional photography experience.

• Strong knowledge of photographic techniques, image composition, and visual quality assessment.

• Experience using professional cameras and photography editing tools.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Lightroom.

• Ability to analyze visual content and produce accurate, detailed descriptions and labels.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and data organization skills.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable management, review, and submission of project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional photography experience in portrait, landscape, commercial, editorial, or other photography specialties.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, consistent photographic work.

• Experience writing image descriptions, captions, labels, or metadata.

• Experience with image annotation, data labeling, or visual content classification.

• Previous experience delivering structured project work in a remote environment.

• Experience reviewing visual content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
