Senior Software Engineer - Dotnet

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in ASP.NET Core WebAPI to join our team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing scalable backend services while mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance ASP.NET Core WebAPI applications.

• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and OData services.

• Collaborate with front‑end, DevOps, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Write efficient database queries using Entity Framework Core and ensure optimal data handling.

• Drive API security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.

• Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

• Work with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Azure cloud deployment to enhance scalability.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development experience with ASP.NET Core WebAPI.

• Expertise in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.

• Strong experience with OData services and Entity Framework Core.

• Proficiency in Azure services (Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL).

• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.

• Experience with unit testing, TDD, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with front‑end technologies to better coordinate API integrations.

• Azure certifications or formal training.

• Experience with additional relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
