In this role, you will help maintain linguistic accuracy, consistency, and quality across AI-generated content and language data. You may review language outputs, evaluate annotations, identify recurring errors, and provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess language data, annotations, translations, and written responses against established quality standards.

  • Identify recurring linguistic errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and cultural or regional language issues.

  • Provide expert feedback and recommendations to improve AI-generated responses and language model performance.

  • Support consistent application of language evaluation criteria and project-specific guidelines.

  • Review completed tasks and help maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.

  • Analyze language-related quality issues and recommend appropriate corrections.

  • Support the resolution of complex linguistic questions and ambiguous evaluation cases.

  • Contribute to the refinement of evaluation guidelines and annotation standards where required.

  • Coordinate language-focused quality activities and support other contributors when the project requires it.

  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy, objectivity, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency or native-level command of at least one of the advertised languages.

  • Excellent written communication, reading comprehension, grammar, and linguistic analysis skills.

  • Strong understanding of language structure, vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context.

  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated content objectively and explain linguistic judgments clearly.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language errors.

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and quality review skills.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply evaluation criteria consistently.

  • Experience in linguistics, translation, proofreading, editing, language quality assurance, annotation, or AI training is beneficial.

  • Previous experience in team leadership, reviewing others' work, or coordinating quality-focused projects is advantageous.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
