About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced technical accounting and FP&A professionals to help develop reinforcement learning environments for AI systems.

You will apply your financial expertise to create complex accounting and financial planning scenarios, identify challenging edge cases, and establish clear evaluation criteria that can be used to assess AI performance on sophisticated financial tasks.

What You'll Do

• Design and author complex technical accounting and FP&A scenarios.

• Identify and document financial edge cases that require advanced judgment and analysis.

• Develop structured evaluation rubrics for financial planning and analysis tasks.

• Translate complex financial logic into clear, structured documentation for AI training environments.

• Peer-review scenarios created by other financial professionals for accuracy, depth, and quality.

Engagement & Payment

• Independent contractor engagement.

• Fully remote, with work completed on your own schedule.

• $100/hour, paid weekly based on services rendered.

• Engagements may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance.

• Work must not involve confidential or proprietary information belonging to an employer, client, or institution.

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
