Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions from job requisition to offer acceptance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill sets, and team dynamics.

• Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit for the organization.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams while providing timely feedback.

• Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep accurate records of candidate status and recruitment metrics.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar recruiting role, ideally with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of technical roles, IT technologies, and various non-IT functions across industries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit through effective interviewing and evaluation techniques.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Proactive sourcing skills using various recruitment platforms and social media channels.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and changing recruitment landscape.
