Job Overview

Job Mantra is looking for energetic and persuasive Telecalling Executives to join our growing team in Patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and guiding candidates/customers with the right information.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/candidates

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally

• Provide detailed information about services, job opportunities, or products

• Maintain a positive attitude and build strong customer relationships

• Follow up on leads and ensure conversion

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred but not mandatory
