Telecaller / Telecalling Executive – Unlimited Incentives + Freshers Welcome

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic Telecallers / Telecalling Executives to join our growing sales and customer support team. This is a high-volume voice process role where you will make outbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a confident phone manner, and the drive to earn unlimited incentives, we want to hear from you. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Make 50–100 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers from a provided contact list.
- Pitch products or services clearly, explain offers, and answer customer queries.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Handle customer objections professionally and build confidence in the brand.
- Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, and conversion targets.
- Schedule appointments, callbacks, or demos for the sales team where required.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and energetic tone on every call.

**Skills & Qualifications**

- Education: 10th, 12th, or Graduate – any stream.
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome).
- Verbal Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive phone manner.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English; regional language is a plus.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and data entry.
- Target-Oriented: Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection.
- Active Listening: Ability to understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
