Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices , so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.

Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.

Second, every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered . Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.

Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem . The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

We are looking for a diligent, driven, passionate person to be part of the implementation team of Toddle at one of Hong Kong's biggest school groups.

Based out of the group's central office in Hong Kong, the School Success Manager will work with schools across the network, traveling regularly to deliver in-person training and support.

You'll collaborate closely with both group leadership and individual schools to deliver the following:

• Onboard: Coordinate the setting up of accounts for new schools joining the network
• Train: Travel to schools to deliver hands-on training, ensuring teaching teams are confident using Toddle
• Engage: Proactively monitor and support schools to ensure they get the most out of Toddle

The north star metric for the School Success Manager is the school's happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

The School Success Manager role can be split into two key functions: Reactive support and proactive support.

Reactive support

• Cater to training requests received from schools
• Coordinate the closing of bugs/requests received from schools through emails or other communication channels

Proactive support

• Ideate and devise ways to continuously improve our interactions with the schools
• Analyze usage details from partner schools and work to improve adoption
• Maintain academic calendars for your partner schools and reach out to them proactively for support for ex. during reporting period
• Help create training content that we can share with schools to help them use Toddle better

• Has knowledge of progressive curriculums such as IB PYP, IB MYP, IB DP, IGCSE etc
• Has prior experience working in a similar role in a B2B organisation (not mandatory)
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills in English
