Toddle is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools. Built by educators, for educators, it is used by over 200,000 educators across 2,500+ schools in 100+ countries.
Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.
Our approach is three-pronged.
First, Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place . Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.
Second , every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.
Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

Headquartered in India with a multicultural team across 20+ countries, Toddle is built by former educators and school practitioners who understand the realities of classrooms firsthand. We care deeply about craft, clarity, and reducing unnecessary complexity for teachers. People who thrive at Toddle enjoy building thoughtful systems, care about real-world impact, and are motivated by long-term change in K-12 education.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
We are looking for an Education Product Specialist who brings together a strong understanding of IB education, an educator's perspective, and the ability to communicate complex product workflows simply and clearly.
You will work closely with product, design, engineering, and education teams to ensure that Toddle continues to meet the needs of IB educators and schools. You will look at the product through the lens of a teacher - understanding how features fit into real classroom and school workflows, testing new experiences before they reach users, and identifying gaps or opportunities for improvement.
You will also help translate this deep understanding of the product into clear, useful communication for educators — and, since every layer of Toddle is AI-powered, into the instructions that shape how our AI responds to them.
Is this someone that looks like you?
Product & IB expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of Toddle's product and how IB educators use it across curriculum planning, teaching, assessment, reporting, and other school workflows — and stay current with IB programme requirements, terminology, and framework changes so the product stays aligned with them.
- Review existing and upcoming product experiences from an educator's perspective, identifying gaps between school requirements, educator workflows, and the way the product works — and proactively surface opportunities to close them.
- Test new features before launch by using them the way a teacher would, across realistic classroom and school scenarios, and flag functional issues, usability gaps, edge cases, or areas of confusion to product, design, and engineering.
AI application
- Write and refine the prompts behind Toddle's AI features, translating IB pedagogy, curriculum requirements, and educator expectations into instructions the AI follows reliably.
- Evaluate AI output at scale — generated unit plans, assessments, report comments, and tutor conversations — for pedagogical soundness, IB alignment, tone, and accuracy, and iterate on prompts based on what you find.
- Build and maintain test scenarios and quality benchmarks for AI features, so improvements to educator-facing output can be measured rather than assumed.
Product communication
- Support product launches by translating new features into clear communication for educators, and create the resources that go with them — help articles, videos, release notes, and other user-facing documentation.
- Review product terminology and communication across the platform to ensure it is clear, accurate, consistent, and appropriate for IB educators.
