Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Support New Lease & Renewal Documentation
Coordinate with the CNX Legal team for drafting, review, and negotiation of new lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
Conduct regular discussions with Legal teams to resolve operational and contractual clauses.
Follow up with landlords and their legal representatives for timely closure of lease documentation.
- Coordinate Due Diligence & Compliance Activities
Coordinate with Compliance and landlord for collection and submission of due diligence documents.
- Manage Lease Renewals
Initiate lease renewal discussions and negotiations with landlords prior to lease expiry.
Obtain internal approvals and ensure timely execution of renewal agreements.
- Manage Lease Registration Process
Arrange required documentation and coordinate for authorized signatories.
Liaise with landlords, advocates, and CNX signatory for timely execution and registration of lease documents.
Follow-up for receipt of registered lease deeds and circulate copies to relevant stakeholders/sites.
- Invoice Processing & PO Management
Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain trackers.
Validate 100% lease-related invoices and coordinate processing of lease registration and other associated charges.
- Lease Records & Database Management
Maintain accurate and updated lease databases, trackers, and lease records.
Manage all lease-related documents (soft and hard copies) and ensure proper document control.
- Stakeholder & Landlord Management
Act as the primary point of contact between landlords and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely resolution of landlord-related issues and escalations.
- Audit & Compliance
Support internal audits, ensure timely closure of audit observations, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
