About the Role:

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives and deliver data-driven, scalable products that enhance user experience and business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business — to shape products powered by AI/ML.

This role requires a balance of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and strong execution to transform ideas into impactful products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your product area.
  • Work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to conceptualize and launch AI/ML-based features.
  • Translate business goals and user insights into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Analyze performance data and define evaluation metrics to measure product and model effectiveness.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution — from ideation, prioritization, and delivery to performance tracking and iteration.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure effective product positioning and adoption.

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven organization.
  • Proven experience delivering successful B2B or B2C products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to AI/ML, Deep Learning, or data-centric product development.
  • Understanding of model evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1 score, accuracy, etc.) and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, or consumer product domains.
  • Ability to work effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams to bring AI features to market.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or GA4.
  • Experience managing multi-region or global product rollouts.
