What you will be responsible for:
As Associate 2 you will:
- Ensure compliance with CMS requirements, including daily and weekly reconciliations for cash, stock, and income.
- Identify and analyze failed or unmatched trades, determine root causes, and initiate resolution processes.
- Gather, validate, and record data from internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely issue resolution.
- Monitor cash flows, SWIFT messages, and faxes; follow up with relevant teams as needed.
- Review and address client queries related to custody and accounting matters.
- Conduct problem analysis, gather relevant data, and provide conclusive recommendations.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Finance or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in reconciliation, custody, accounting, or trade & settlements.
- Solid understanding and exposure to capital markets.
Additional requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- In-depth knowledge of settlements, reconciliation, fund accounting, and capital markets.
- Familiarity with SICAV funds and associated accounting processes.
- Advanced knowledge of settlement-specific processes for securities and cash.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to reprioritize tasks effectively.
