Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive product adoption/
• Understand key business metrics for the account that can be affected meaningfully via martech deployment and translate business problems into technically ready implementation plans.
• Interpret analytics across KPIs to drive needle moving initiatives to deliver value to the client's business
• Articulate the common definition of success / ROI in sync with customer and setup appropriate measurement systems to transparently track the respective metrics.
• Build, frameworks and a library of playbooks / best practices for multiple industries for the consultants to leverage.
• Execute audit on accounts from a martech deployment maturity and effectiveness lens and recommend strategic and tactical interventions that deliver early wins and long term tangible business value.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing / analytics / marketing technology applications Post Graduate in Marketing with a technical bent of mind is a strong preference.
• Strong problem solving skills at the interplay of Technology <> Data <> Marketing
• Comfort with key martech concepts: integrations, data unification, automation, triggered communication, personalization, marketing analytics - funnels, paths, cohorts and user journeys.
• Effective and articulate communication skills
