CloudSEK’s Product Suite:

• CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customer’s digital assets, identifies threats and enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.
• A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BeVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.
• CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.

Key Milestones:

• 2016: Launched our first product.
• 2018: Secured Pre-series A funding.
• 2019: Expanded operations to India, Southeast Asia, and the Americas.
• 2020: Won the NASSCOM-DSCI Excellence Award for Security Product Company of the Year.
• 2021: Raised $7M in Series A funding led by MassMutual Ventures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain backend systems and components for our cyber security products.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in languages such as NodeJS or Go
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in backend development and cyber security domains.
• Assist in the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant materials.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as NodeJs or Go.
• Familiarity with backend development frameworks, libraries, and tools.
• Basic understanding of web technologies, protocols, and APIs
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and database design principles.
• Passion for cyber security and a keen interest in keeping up with the latest industry trends.
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, caching mechanisms, and distributed systems.

Note: This is an internship position, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in backend development within the cyber security industry. Internship duration and compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
