Toddle is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools. Built by educators, for educators, it is used by over 200,000 educators across 2,500+ schools in 100+ countries .
Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices , so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.
Our approach is three-pronged.
First, Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place . Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.
Second, every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered . Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.
Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem . The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.
You can watch our founder and CEO’s overview of Toddle here .
Headquartered in India with a multicultural team across 20+ countries, Toddle is built by former educators and school practitioners who understand the realities of classrooms firsthand. We care deeply about craft, clarity, and reducing unnecessary complexity for teachers. People who thrive at Toddle enjoy building thoughtful systems, care about real-world impact, and are motivated by long-term change in K-12 education.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
This is a core role in how Toddle shows up in the US market. You'll work directly with the VP of Growth and VP of Sales to build out a connected US go-to-market engine, positioning, content, sales enablement, and brand storytelling working together rather than as separate workstreams. This role sits at the intersection of product, learning, leadership, and storytelling.
Website and product positioning ownership
- Reworking existing product, solution, and use-case pages with sharper clarity, accuracy, and intent.
- Launching new pages and narratives as products, features, and solutions evolve.
Strategic top-of-funnel and thought leadership content
- Writing and commissioning high-quality, strategic content in collaboration with leadership on themes such as change management, pedagogy, assessment, AI in education, and school transformation.
- Publishing long-form, original content across blogs, website, and owned channels.
- Elevating Toddle's point of view through depth and strong editorial judgement.
Building Toddle's video storytelling muscle
- Video is a capability we're intentionally building at Toddle, and you'll help lead it from the ground up.
- Defining and shaping Toddle's product video strategy across use cases: product walkthroughs, feature narratives, launch videos, and demos.
- Developing brand and thought leadership video narratives in collaboration with leadership and content teams.
- Writing scripts, storyboards, and positioning for video content across product, marketing, and learning.
- Establishing clear standards for what “great” looks like in Toddle's video content: clear, grounded, educator-first, and high quality.
- Working with internal teams and external partners so videos stay consistent with Toddle's voice and product truth.
Sales enablement and mid-to-bottom-of-funnel content
Building the content that carries a US prospect from interest to decision: sales collateral, one-pagers and flyers, landing pages, competitor decks, and social content including validator posts, testimonials, and video. Because US schools span public, private, charter, IB, and faith-based systems, this content needs to flex across very different buyers. Deeply cross-functional work with sales, marketing, design, and tech.
- Leading the creation of high-quality distribution copy for landing pages, emails, social media, ads, and educator forums to maximise reach and engagement.
- Developing middle and bottom-of-funnel content such as case studies, video testimonials, competitor pages, and product videos.
- Partnering with the sales, marketing, and success teams to ensure alignment with customer journeys and conversion goals.
Who we’re looking for
We'd love to hear from you if any of these sound like you:
- You've worked in product marketing or brand storytelling at software or tech companies, ideally edtech.
- You've positioned or repositioned products, platforms, or companies, and worked across the full funnel: from positioning and GTM to sales enablement, onboarding, and retention.
- You've worked in schools as a teacher, or in content roles at edtech companies writing for educators.
- You write regularly with a clear point of view on education. You have your own blog, newsletter, or social media channel.
- You build context fast, grasp the why/what/how behind any problem, and are smart about using AI to translate your thinking into words.
- You're excited about working on 0-1 problems, think from first principles, and operate with deep humility.
The mindset we value
- You are a person of words. Writing is not a side skill for you - it is your craft.
- You care deeply about education. This role exists to serve educators, and empathy is key.
- Depth over breadth. We value long-form, thoughtful writing over shallow content output.
- Range with rigor. You can write across formats - case studies, websites, newsletters, podcasts, scripts - without losing quality.
- Strong communication skills. You’re comfortable speaking with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Customer closeness. You can sit with educators, ask the right questions, and surface stories that matter.
- High trust and collaboration. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to make Toddle clearer, sharper, and better over time.
