Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der SAP-Prozesse im Vertriebsumfeld mit klarem Schwerpunkt SAP SD
- Verantwortung für End-to-End-Prozesse im Vertrieb von der Angebotsabwicklung bis zur Fakturierung sowie deren Integration in angrenzende Prozesse
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Planung von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes im 1st- bis 2nd-Level-Support mit nachhaltigen Problemlösungen
- Betreuung und Entwicklung von Schnittstellen zwischen SAP SD und angebundenen internen sowie externen Systemen (z. B. EDI, Logistikdienstleister, Kundenanbindungen)
- Erstellung und Pflege von System-, Prozess- und Testdokumentationen sowie Unterstützung von Validierungsaktivitäten
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Abstimmungen mit Key Usern zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen, praxisnahen und effizienten SAP-Betriebs
- Unterstützung der digitalen Transformation und aktive Mitgestaltung von Projekten sowie der Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Systemlandschaft
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und dem Customizing von SAP-Anwendungen mit Schwerpunkt SAP SD und mindestens ein abgeschlossenes Projekt
- Know-how: Fundierte Kenntnisse von End-to-End-Vertriebsprozessen – von Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung über Versand und Lieferung bis zur Fakturierung – sowie Erfahrung im Application Management und in der Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen und Changes im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Schnittstellen: Praxis in der Betreuung von SAP-Schnittstellen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Modulen (z. B. MM, WM, EWM)
- Kommunikation: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Abschluss: Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs, kombiniert mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung als SAP-Berater
- Persönlichkeit: Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in praktikable Lösungen zu übersetzen
- Reisebereitschaft: Führerschein Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen von etwa 25 %
