Aufgaben
- Analyse bestehender Finance-Prozesse und Erarbeitung geeigneter Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungslösungen
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Anforderungen im Umfeld von SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Begleitung von Implementierungs- und Transformationsprojekten – von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur produktiven Umsetzung
- Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in tragfähige technische Lösungskonzepte
- Unterstützung bei Konfiguration, Tests und Einführung von SAP-Lösungen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops mit Fachbereichen und Projektteams
- Präsentation von Lösungsansätzen und Unterstützung bei Kundenpräsentationen sowie Ausschreibungen
- Erstellung von Konzepten, Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen und weiteren Projektdokumentationen
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Wissenstransferformaten
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Beratungsansätzen, Methoden und digitalen Lösungen
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5) im Finance- oder Accounting-Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Financial Accounting und/oder Management Accounting
- Praxiserfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA Finance, insbesondere in den Bereichen FI und CO
- Kenntnisse angrenzender SAP-Funktionalitäten, beispielsweise in AR, AP, AA, Business Partner, PS, Treasury oder SAP BTP
- Erfahrung in der Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in Transformations-, Implementierungs- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kund und unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen
