<p><strong>The Mission: Quality</strong></p>

<p>&nbsp;The Financial Apps unit builds the critical infrastructure that connects institutions to the digital asset economy. Our products cover everything from staking and yield to on-ramps, exchange integrations, and Web3 connectivity (e.g. WalletConnect).</p>

<p>In this role, you'll manually test all flows that need validation, and contribute to building out our automation the rest of the time. We need someone who treats quality as a holistic product challenge, takes pride in rigorous manual testing, and is eager to help grow our automation—using AI to move faster at every stage.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Holistic Quality Ownership:</strong> You own the quality of the product end-to-end. You don't just test against a spec; you analyze the spec, find the logical gaps, and suggest improvements to ensure a better final product.</li>

<li><strong>Hands-On Manual QA:</strong> You design and execute thorough manual test plans across complex financial and Web3 flows.</li>

<li><strong>AI-Powered Velocity:</strong> You leverage AI agents (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your workflow, expand coverage, and ship faster without sacrificing depth.</li>

<li><strong>Deep-Dive Analysis:</strong> You are comfortable digging into logs and monitoring tools (Datadog/Sentry) to understand why something broke. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in the backend to find the root cause.</li>

<li><strong>Contribute to Automation:</strong> When you're not running manual flows, you help build and maintain automation across backend APIs and frontend interfaces in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<li><strong>Product Partnership:</strong> You don't see yourself as "just a tester." You are an engineer with a product mindset who actively works to improve the systems you are checking.</li>

<p><strong>Who You Are<br></strong>You take real pride in finding what others miss — exploratory testing and edge-case hunting genuinely excite you, and you'd rather break something today than let a user break it tomorrow. You do both automation and manual testing, and treat both as core parts of the role.</p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, the transaction lifecycle, and DeFi logic like staking and bridging.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">AI-native - you already use AI tools daily to move faster and cut through complex errors.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Fast learner - new domains don't slow you down; you keep pace in an industry that moves at the speed of crypto.</li>
