Du unterstützt unser Kundenservice-Team bei der schriftlichen Bearbeitung der eingehenden Fragen und Anliegen unserer Lotterie-Teilnehmer*innen. Du beantwortest Fragen rund um unsere Lose, unsere Aktionen, unseren Shop und unsere App. Du bearbeitest Änderungen und Kündigungen von Losen. Du bearbeitest Änderungen von Adressdaten und Bankverbindungen. Du bist ausschließlich in den schriftlichen Kanälen (E-Mail, Chat und Brief) tätig.
Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in für mindestens zwei weitere Semester. Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Du kannst verständliche, freundliche und empathische Antworten formulieren. Du hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt. Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und selbstständig.
Ein Werkstudentenjob, bei dem du mit Spaß und flexibler Zeiteinteilung wirklich etwas Gutes bewegen kannst. Flexible Arbeitszeiten (15-20 Stunden die Woche), die sich perfekt mit deinem Studium vereinbaren lassen – du hast auch die Möglichkeit anteilig von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten.
