Ihre Aufgaben
- Du bist für die Organisation und Pflege von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen zuständig und betreust das weitere Belegwesen.
- Die Vorbereitung von Zahlläufen sowie die Durchführung der regelmäßigen Kontenabstimmung und -klärung fallen ebenfalls in deinen Zuständigkeitsbereich.

- Du unterstützt bei internen Monatsabschlüssen sowie Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB.
- Du wirkst in der Gestaltung digitaler Workflows und der Implementierung von Accounting- und Dokumentenmanagement Tools mit.
Ihr Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Bilanz- oder Finanzbuchhalter:in.
- Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, in der Du Dir bereits grundlegende Kenntnisse der Buchhaltung aneignen konntest.
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement, z.B. im Handling von Steuerberatern und Banken.
- Idealerweise hast du Praxiserfahrungen in der buchhalterischen Inventurbegleitung und der Bewertung von Lagerbeständen gesammelt.
- Idealerweise kennst Du Dich in DATEV Unternehmen Online und in anderen Vorerfassungssystemen, wie CANDIS, aus.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere mit Excel.
- Selbstständigkeit und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten sind Dir wichtig.
- Eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine offene Persönlichkeit zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du hast ein großes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität.
- Du begeisterst Dich für den BBQ Bereich, bist ein starker Teamplayer und fühlst dich in einem wachstumsorientierten Unternehmen wohl.
