(Senior) Business Controller – HR Controlling (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für Headcount Planning, Personalkostenplanung sowie Forecasts über alle Business Units hinweg
- Sparringspartner*in für People Team, Business Unit Leads und CFO bei strategischen Personal- und Budgetentscheidungen
- Erstellung von Reportings, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen inklusive konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
- Steuerung und Koordination der Forecast- und Planungsprozesse im Bereich Personalkosten
- Zusammenarbeit mit People, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management und weiteren Central Units
- Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-, Controlling- und Personalcontrolling-Prozessen in Workday sowie Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Analysen für das Management
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finance oder adäquate Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Controlling, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalcontrolling / HR Controlling
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Headcount Planning, Personalkostenplanung, Forecasting, Reporting und Performance-Analysen
- Erfahrung mit Reporting- und Analyse-Tools; idealerweise Kenntnisse in Workday sowie einem SaaS- oder technologiegetriebenen Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
