Damit das im Alltag auch wirklich funktioniert, braucht es jemanden, der zwischen Sales und Technik den Überblick behält, und genau hier kommst Du ins Spiel.
Dabei sorgst Du dafür, dass alle relevanten Kundeninformationen vollständig vorliegen, stehst im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen und stellst sicher, dass nichts zwischen Sales und Technik verloren geht. Mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einem Team, das sich auf Dich verlässt, sorgst Du dafür, dass aus jedem Vertragsabschluss auch eine reibungslose Installation wird.
Deine Verantwortlichkeiten
- Kundenkommunikation: Proaktives Einholen fehlender Informationen bei Kund:innen und Klärung offener Fragen vor dem Technikereinsatz
- Schnittstellenfunktion: Koordination des Informationsflusses zwischen B2C Sales und den Techniker:innen für einen reibungslosen Übergabeprozess
- Datenpflege: Gewissenhafte Dokumentation und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten in den internen Systemen
- Problemlösung: Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Unstimmigkeiten und pragmatische Lösungsfindung, bevor daraus Verzögerungen entstehen
- Teamarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Disposition und dem Techniker-Team
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Speditionskaufmann/-frau o. Ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Klare, freundliche und sichere Kommunikation – auch am Telefon und unter Zeitdruck
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, auch bei vielen parallelen Kundenanfragen behält man den Überblick
- Lust, sich in einem jungen, wachsenden Team weiterzuentwickeln
- Fließendes Deutsch (mind. C1), da unsere Ops-Prozesse auf Deutsch laufen
