Executive: B2C Returns

Job Title: B2C Returns Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive B2C Returns Executive to manage end-to-end return inwarding, inspection, and reconciliation of customer returns. The role requires a strong understanding of reverse logistics, warehouse systems, and return workflows across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in documentation, analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely processing of returned products in alignment with SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inward B2C return shipments into the WMS platform.
• Verify returned items against return documents and perform quality checks.
• Categorize returns (sellable, non-sellable, damaged, etc.) based on condition and guidelines.
• Update return status in trackers and systems with accurate remarks and evidence (images, notes, etc.).
• Coordinate with QC, SPF claims, and inventory teams for necessary follow-ups.
• Communicate with courier partners, customer service, or brand teams for clarification or escalation.
• Ensure timely closure of return workflows and minimize pending return backlogs.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on B2C return metrics and exceptions.
• Support audits, reconciliations, and claim processes as needed.

Key Skills:

• Good understanding of e-commerce reverse logistics and B2C return workflows
• Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., Uniware, Logic, etc.)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data entry skills
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent accuracy in documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or B2C return operations
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or reverse logistics is a plus
