Job Description: Area Visual Merchandiser - Gujarat
Location: Gujarat
Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring consistent and impactful visual merchandising standards across all Mumbai stores to drive customer experience and product sell-through.
Key Responsibilities
1. VM Execution
Implement brand VM standards across windows, mannequins, focal points, and in-store displays.
2. Store Audits & Compliance
Conduct regular store visits and VM audits, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
3. Product Placement
Plan and optimise displays based on new arrivals, seasonal stories, and sales trends.
4. New Store Openings
Lead VM planning, setup, and execution for new store launches in the region.
5. Training & Support
Train store teams on VM maintenance, styling basics, and daily display upkeep.
6. Campaign Implementation
Execute marketing communication, signage updates, and promotional VM setups.
7. Reporting & Coordination
Submit visit reports, visual documentation, and share feedback with VM and merchandising teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sense of fashion, styling, colour coordination, and aesthetics.
- Understanding of retail store layouts and visual merchandising principles.
- Good communication, training, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, travel frequently, and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic VM tools.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in retail visual merchandising (multi-store experience preferred).
