Aufgaben
- Projektleitung von Hochbauprojekten über mehrere Leistungsphasen hinweg
- Erstellung und Koordination von Ausführungsplänen gemeinsam mit Bauzeichnern und Architekten (m/w/d)
- Ausarbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen sowie Mitwirkung in Ausschreibung und Vergabe
- Führung von Vergabeverhandlungen und Vorbereitung der Auftragsvergabe
- Bauleitung / Objektüberwachung für Projekte mit Einzelgewerken und im GU-Umfeld
- Steuerung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität während der Ausführung
- Prüfung von Rechnungen, Nachträgen und Leistungsständen
- Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Planung, Projektsteuerung oder Bauleitung
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, wirtschaftliches Denken und sicheres Auftreten in Abstimmungen und Verhandlungen
