Aufgaben
- Absicherung und Weiterentwicklung von OT-/ICS-Umgebungen an Biogasanlagenstandorten
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitskonzepten für SPS-, SCADA-, HMI- und Leitsysteme
- Konzeption von Netzwerksegmentierung, Zonenmodellen und sicheren Kommunikationswegen
- Einführung und Härtung von Remote-Access-Lösungen für Dienstleister und Serviceteams
- Mitarbeit im Schwachstellen-, Risiko- und Maßnahmenmanagement für OT und angrenzende IT
- Aufbau und Optimierung von Backup-, Restore- und Notfallkonzepten für produktionsnahe Systeme
- Abstimmung mit IT, Automatisierung, Anlagentechnik und externen Integratoren
- Pflege technischer Dokumentation, Sicherheitsrichtlinien und betrieblicher OT-Prozesse
Profil
- Berufserfahrung in OT Security, Industrial Security, Automatisierung, Leittechnik, SCADA oder industrieller IT
- Gutes Verständnis von SPS, SCADA, HMI, Leitsystemen, Fernwirktechnik oder industriellen Netzwerken
- Praxis mit Netzwerksegmentierung, sicherem Fernzugriff sowie Backup-/Restore-Szenarien
- Passender Hintergrund z. B. als OT Security Engineer (m/w/d), ICS Security Engineer (m/w/d), Automatisierungsingenieur (m/w/d), SCADA Engineer (m/w/d), Leittechniker (m/w/d) oder Netzwerkingenieur (m/w/d)
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in IEC 62443, ISO 27001 oder vergleichbaren Security-Standards
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für technische Abstimmungen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20 % für Abstimmungen an Anlagenstandorten
